Director of Partnerships & Communications
Sheffield DocFest is looking for a Director of Partnerships & Communications to join our year-round team.
This role is a key part of our Leadership Team, working closely and collaboratively with the Managing Director and Creative Director. You’ll play a vital role in securing significant new funding to support both the festival and our year-round programmes, while nurturing strong, lasting relationships with sponsors and funders across the public and private sectors.

Talks & Sessions Programme Coordinator
Support the planning and delivery of talks, panels and industry sessions, working closely with speakers, partners, and internal teams.

Senior Production Coordinator
Play a key role in the technical and logistical delivery of festival events, coordinating schedules, resources, and production teams.

Box Office Manager
Oversee ticketing operations, manage box office staff, and ensure a smooth and welcoming experience for festival attendees.

Volunteer Coordinator
Lead our DocCrew volunteer programme, liaising with all Festival teams, working with local community groups and visiting local universities and schools.
