Join us for an exclusive conversation with award-winning director Joe Bullman, exploring his evolution from documentary filmmaking into acclaimed factual drama. Beginning his career in documentaries before directing landmark dramas including Partygate and, most recently, Dirty Business, Bullman will discuss the creative and ethical challenges of bringing real world stories to the screen. The session will unpack how documentary approaches to research, authenticity and storytelling can produce television that connects deeply with audiences, something mainstream drama increasingly struggles to do.
