Tickets can be bought online from this website or the Sheffield DocFest app by clicking the 'BOOK TICKETS' button on event pages or the schedule. You will be asked to log in or create an account with our ticketing partner, Eventive, during the checkout process.
Yes, tickets can be bought in person in advance of the festival at the Showroom Cinema, and during the festival at venues that are hosting events.
The festival box office at the Showroom will operate 12pm-6pm Monday to Friday from 1 June.
During the festival the following venues will operate a box office on the days they have events: Showroom Cinema, The Light Cinema, Curzon Cinema, Montgomery Theatre, Crucible Theatre.

DocLover ticket bundles are redeemable against most film screenings in our public programme. If tickets are not available the event may be sold out, or you could be trying to select a ticket for an event that is not available to DocLover's such as a Talk, Event or Industry Session.
