Festival Communications Coordinator

Together with the Festival Communications Lead and Communications Producer, the Festival Communications Coordinator supports and delivers on the Communications plan for Sheffield DocFest 2024 through the web, social media, e-news and partner outreach. 

They will support the communications team and wider team, developing on the plan to grow audiences and grow our engagement with attendees. 

This role typically takes a lead on festival digital & social communications in the run-up toward, and during, the festival.

Deadline for applications: 6th February

Contract start date: 10th March 2025

 

Box Office Manager

The Box Office Manager establishes an excellent working relationship with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the festival box office system is appropriately configured and ready for the festival programme launch. 

They are then responsible for monitoring and maintaining the system, tracking and reporting audience allocations and sales through to (and during) the festival. 

They will manage the Box Office team, with a remit to maintain the highest standards of customer care, making sure any issues that arise are dealt with in a professional and timely manner.

Hospitality Coordinator

The Hospitality Coordinator is responsible for booking travel and accommodation for all festival guests, managing reimbursements, and supporting guests in booking their own travel or applying for visas. 

This role works with multiple internal departments as well as external stakeholders such as sponsors and partner hotels and must carefully track requests, changes and bookings for travel and accommodation, keeping excellent records, working within assigned budgets and communicating regularly with all stakeholders.
