Yes. In the Sheffield DocFest app or ticketing environment you can star events within the schedule and then filter by 'only show starred events' to create your own schedule. To use the ticketing environment click the "Tickets" button at the top of this website.

Opening Night at Lyceum is available to book from 6 May. All other Industry tickets are available from 48 hours before the start of each event. For example, if an event starts at 10am on 11 June, Industry tickets will be available from 10am on 9 June.

Booking an advance ticket is the best way to guarantee access to an event. Industry tickets can be booked for Films, Talks, and Industry Sessions (new for this year), 48 hours in advance of each event. Industry tickets are not available in advance for Industry Socials and Parties, but are issued at the door on a first come, first served basis.

If you have not booked an advance ticket just show your Industry Pass at the door and you will be issued a ticket instantly if the event is not sold out.

If an event is sold out, you can still join a standby queue at the venue and very often will be able to access the event this way.

Make sure you are logged in to your Eventive account (an account will have been created for you as part of the registration process - you should have received an email from our ticketing partner, Eventive, confirming this). Log in to your account via the Tickets button at top of this website or on the Sheffield DocFest app, or during the checkout process, with the same email you used to register for your Industry Pass.

After logging in to your account, tickets can be selected by clicking the 'BOOK TICKETS' button on event pages or the schedule view on the festival website or app. Tickets are added to your account and you just need to present your Industry Pass for scanning at the door of the event.

Industry Pass Holder tickets are released 48 hours before each event (except for Opening Night).

No. An allocation of tickets for each event is held back for Industry Pass Holders and made available 48 hours before each event start time.

If the Industry ticket booking window is open (within 48 hours of an event starting) and tickets are sold out, first check that you are logged in to your Eventive account following the instructions above (if you are not logged in you may be seeing only the public ticket availability).

If you are logged in and it is within the 48 hour booking window and it still says Sold Out, this means that the Industry ticket allocation has been taken.

Industry Pass Holders may still be available to access a sold out event by joining the standby queues at venues. Standby queues are operated on a first-come first-served basis, so we cannot guarantee entry.

Yes, you will need your Industry Pass to access events - please collect it before attending any event and wear it at all times. Make sure to leave plenty of time between picking up your pass and your first event as queues can be long on the opening days.

Collect your pass from the Industry Delegate Centre at The Workstation, 15 Paternoster Row, S1 2BX, which is just a short walk from the train station. Opening times are 5pm to 7pm on Tuesday 9 June and 9am to 7pm on Wed 10 - Mon 15 June.

The Workstation also hosts our Production Hub, Wellbeing Service, Cloakroom and lost property, and Industry Sessions in the Creative Lounge.

It can take up to 24 hours from registering for your accreditation to be processed, an Eventive account to be created (for selecting tickets), and your physical pass to be printed. Please register early to be sure your Industry Pass will be ready for collection in time for the first event you want to attend.

Industry Passes are required to access any events.

Industry Pass Holders can access the Marketplace venue and cafe, but cannot attend MeetMarket itself without an invitation. Applications to MeetMarket are now closed.

There are many other Marketplace activities happening outside the MeetMarket that are available to all Industry Pass Holders.

Yes, you can see a list of all Industry Delegates who have given permission to appear on the Attendee page.

If you have an Industry Pass and are logged into your Industry Account, you will also be able to see the email addresses of those who have chosen to share them. To log in click the Industry Account button at the top of this website.

The Attendee list is also available as a spreadsheet from the Industry Account log in area.

There will be a paid luggage storage service at the Industry Delegate Centre at The Workstation from 9am to 7pm daily for £5 per bag per day.

There are alternative services available in the city centre via the following providers: Stasher, Bounce and Radical Storage, and most hotels allow you to leave bags when you check out

Many of our films will be available on our streaming platform, DocPlayer, from the day after their premiere at the festival until 23:59 BST Sunday 28 June 2026. DocPlayer is available internationally to Industry Pass Holders only and you must be logged in to your Eventive account.

Links to DocPlayer will be available on the website during the festival.
